Missoni Return Policy?
Missoni.com offers a return policy for purchases made on their site. If not satisfied with a purchase, products may be returned within thirty (30) days of the delivery date or, if in-store pickup was selected at the time of purchase, within thirty (30) days of picking up the order at the Missoni store.
However, certain products are non-returnable, including fragrances, socks, and any other items marked as non-returnable on the product page. Products purchased outside of the US are not returnable or exchangeable in the US. All products sold by Missoni have an identification tag and disposable seal attached. These are considered integral parts of the products. Trying on items without removing the tag and seal is strongly recommended. Returns missing the identification tag or disposable seal cannot be accepted.
Only returns for refund are accepted. Exchanges for different items are not provided. To return a product, the online Return Form can be filled out or Customer Service can be called to initiate the return process. A confirmation email will be sent when the return request is received. The products must be shipped back within fourteen (14) days of the date on the Return Confirmation Email.
The cost of expedited shipping to you for the original order (if applicable) is not subject to refund. Products must be returned in new, unused condition with all original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging. If a product appears worn, used, altered, or missing any original components compared to its original condition, the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund amount is reserved.
If the return does not meet these conditions, contact will be made. If a return is accepted for a reduced refund due to any of the above reasons, notification will be made by email. Alternatively, the product can be shipped back at your own expense. If the return shipment is declined, Missoni reserves the right to retain the product and deduct the indicated reduced refund amount.
